Enthusiastic Reflections on My Throne and Liberty Journey
Jan-04-2024 PSTAs I find myself immersed in the captivating world of Throne and Liberty, having reached the coveted level 50 and completed the main story, I embark on the endgame experience with a mixture of satisfaction and anticipation. Reflecting on various aspects of the game, I am compelled to share my journey and insights thus far.
The main story, while occasionally repetitive and somewhat shallow, manages to captivate with its well-orchestrated presentation of characters and events. Despite its shortcomings, I find enjoyment in the narrative unfoldings and the immersive storytelling that adds a layer of depth to the overall experience.
Transitioning into the endgame phase, I am in the process of adapting to the grind that awaits. Surprisingly, reaching level 50 and unlocking the final regions emerge as crucial milestones, significantly impacting the efficiency of my daily grind. The realization dawns that these higher-level regions offer enhanced rewards for completing contracts, particularly in the realm of gear upgrade materials.
Contracts have become my primary tool for obtaining gear upgrade materials. Venturing into level 50 locations yields a generous bounty of 3-4 blue weapon upgrade stones, 7 armor stones, or 4 accessory stones per contract. This proves to be a valuable resource as I diligently work towards upgrading all my blue gear to its maximum potential.
While dynamic events once held a certain allure, my sentiment has shifted. These events, dominated by hyper-competitive grinders, have become less appealing. Despite being a standard avenue for acquiring skill upgrade stones, the overwhelming presence of dedicated players has diminished the enjoyment. The PvP version of dynamic events exacerbates this situation, creating an even more challenging and less enjoyable environment.
Navigating these challenges, I've learned to leverage marketplaces to my advantage. Selling items acquired through drops and extracting valuable traits for resale has proven to be a lucrative strategy, especially in the endgame where these commodities hold significant value.
Utilizing Lucent as both a currency for acquiring items for my Lithograph book and purchasing skill upgrade stones has become a strategic element of my progression. The versatility of Throne and Liberty Lucent adds an additional layer to the endgame experience, providing avenues for both personal advancement and the acquisition of essential resources.
Dungeons, a source of continual enjoyment, remain on my list of activities to explore further. Grouping up with random players proves to be a seamless experience, and while the Party Finder feature is available, it remains underused, prompting me to rely on world chat for real-time information.
Despite limited forays into PvP, I have discovered its intricacies through dynamic events. Experiencing a mix of victories and defeats, I recognize the need to refine my build, comprehend skill rotations, and prioritize upgrading skills to purple for their enhanced effects in PvP scenarios.
Amidst my gaming odyssey, my concerns are relatively minor. The occasional dissatisfaction with dynamic events and the perceived shallowness of the main story are overshadowed by the myriad of engaging activities that continue to captivate me. As I transition into grind mode, the allure of exploration, dungeon conquests, and gear upgrades keeps the experience dynamic and fulfilling. The ease of grouping up with random players for various activities adds a layer of social enjoyment to my journey, solidifying my addiction to the ever-evolving world of Throne and Liberty.
